퇴직경찰공무원의 재취업을 위한 취업능력개발에 관한 연구
고령화 사회로 진입하게 되면서 퇴직이후의 삶에 대한 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이는 퇴직이라는 것 자체가 개인뿐만 아니라 그 가족 구성원에게도 커다란 변화를 의미하며, 더 이상 비실업자에서 실업자로의 전환을 의미하는 것이 아니기 때문이 다. 따라서 퇴직 이후의 삶에 효율적이고 건강하게 적응하기 위한 계획은 퇴직과 함께 필수적으로 수반되어야 한다. 효율적인 퇴직관리시스템과 재취업프로그램의 구축은 퇴직자에게 새로운 환경에 적응하기 위한 정 보를 제공하여 퇴직으로 인하여 발생하는 부작용을 최소화하여 퇴직이후의 건강한 삶을 영위하는 데 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 지금까지 선행 연구들에서 실시하였던 설문조사와 연구결과를 바탕 으로 퇴직경찰관들의 재취업 현황이 어떠한지, 퇴직경찰관들의 재취업 요구는 어 떠한지, 퇴직경찰의 재취업 지원을 위한 요구는 무엇인지에 대하여 살펴보고 퇴직 경찰관들의 요구에 부응하는 퇴직관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 효과는 보다 효율적이고 실질적인 경찰공무원의 퇴직관리는 조직을 운용하는 측면에서 사기증진 및 경찰이미지 개선에도 영향을 미칠 것이라 기대된다.
A Study on the Development of Employment Ability for the Re-employment of retired police officersa
As they enter the aging society, interest in life after retirement is gathering attention. This is because retirement itself represents a major change not only for individuals but also for their family members, and does not mean a shift from the unemployed to the unemployed. Therefore, plans for effective and healthy adjustment to post-retirement life should be accompanied by retirement. Efficient retirement management systems and re-employment programs will provide retirees with information to adapt to the new environment and minimize the side effects caused by retirement, thus contributing to a healthy life after retirement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of reemployment of retired police officers based on the questionnaires and research results conducted in previous researches, how retirement police officers need to be reemployed, and what is the demand for retirement police reemployment support I would like to suggest a retirement management plan that meets the demands of retired police officers. The effect of this study is expected to be more efficient and effective, and retirement management of police officers will also affect fraud enhancement and police image improvement in terms of operating the organization.
