성폭력 처벌법 적용범위와 통계에 의한 구체적 요인분석을 중심으로 한 연구
본 연구는 성폭력 처벌법상의 적용범죄를 중심으로 2016년 대검찰청 범죄분석 자 료와 2016년 경찰청 경찰통계연보자료를 중심으로 성폭력처벌법의발생시간ž 발생장 소ž피해자의 연령과 공범여부, 범죄자와 피해자의 관계등을 통계를 통하여 분석 한 후 특히 최근 사회적 이슈가 되는 카메라 이용 촬영죄(일명 몰카범죄)의문제점을 파 악하여 성폭력 범죄를 예방하고 피해자를 보호하는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
A Study on Sexual Violence Crime on the Analysis of Specific Factors Using Statistics
This study analyzed the time of occurrence of sexual violence crime, the place of occurrence, the age of victims and the existence of accomplices, the relationship between the offenders and the victims using statistics from the crime analysis data of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in 2016 and the police statistical annual data of the Police Agency in 2016 and examined the problem of sneaky photo shooting(aka molka crime) that has recently become a social issue. Then it tried to suggest ways to prevent sexual violence crime and protect victims.
