인성 함양을 위한 배려의 실천방법
지금까지 우리 사회는 배려를 도덕의 한 덕목으로만 인식한 나머지, 배려교육을 학교교육의 일환으로만 실시하였다. 그러나 배려는 타인과 나와의 공존을 인식하고 이해함이 전제되어야 하므로, 단순한 교육만으로는 그 실천이 매우 어렵다. 즉 타인 을 이롭게 하기 위해 나의 이로움을 포기한다는 것은 쉽지 않음이 분명하다. 본 연구에서는 사전적 정의에 그쳤던 배려의 개념에 대한 명확성 부여와 함께 지 금껏 논의가 주로 되지 않았던 배려와 관련한 동서양 이론을 분석하여 기술함으로써 배려에 대한 새로운 접근을 시도하였다. 또한 우리의 생활 속의 배려의 모습을 구체 적으로 사례를 통해 나타내었다. 배려는 나 자신과 타인 그리고 사회 구성원를 모두 포함한다. 때문에 나 자신이 배려의 마음을 갖는 것 뿐만 아니라 사회 구성원 모두 가 배려의 마음을 가져야 한다. 우리 사회에서 배려교육이 중요한 이유가 바로 여기 에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 올바른 배려의 실천방법으로 다음과 같은 것을 제안 하였다. 첫째, 긍정적 감정을 갖도록 노력하는 것이다. 둘째, 공감하는 것이다. 셋째, 좋은 매너를 갖는 것이다. 넷째, 배려의 말을 사용하자는 것이다. 본 연구는 개인․물질주의의 팽배로 인한 사회문제가 증가하는 현실에 비추어 볼 때, 매우 적절한 시점에 논의되어 가치가 높다고 할 것이다. 모쪼록 본 논문이 우리 사회에서 사라져 가는 인성의 참 가치를 되찾고 배려에 대한 인식을 강화하는데 이 론적 토대가 되길 바란다.
How to Consideration for Raising Personality
Until now, our society has only recognized caring as a moral virtue, and caring education has been conducted only as part of school education. However, consideration should be based on the recognition and understanding of the coexistence of others and me, and it is very difficult to practice with only simple education. .It is clear that it is not easy to give up my benefits to benefit others. In this study, we attempted a new approach to consideration by analyzing and describing the theory of consideration related to care that has not been discussed so far, together with clarification of the concept of care which was justified by dictionary definition. In addition, we show concrete examples of consideration in our daily life. Consideration involves both myself, others, and members of society. Therefore, not only should I have a caring mind, but all the members of society should have a caring mind. That is why care education is important in our society. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the following as the method of practicing correct consideration. First, try to have positive feelings. Second, I sympathize. Third, you have good manners. Fourth, to use the words of consideration. This study will be discussed at a very appropriate point in view of the increasing social problems caused by individualism and materialism. I hope that this paper will be the theoretical foundation for regaining the true value of humanity that disappears from our society and strengthening the awareness of consideration.
