정서적 가정폭력으로 인한 청소년 범죄의 예방 방안에 관한 연구 : 가정폭력을 중심으로
국내 한국 사회 대중매체는 청소년에 의한 비행과 범죄의 심각성을 보여주는 현 실에 있다. 정서적 가정폭력의 경우는 피해대상이 여성에서 청소년에 이르는 상당한 수에 이르러 청소년 범죄에 영향을 미치는 문제로 제기 되었고, 이러한 가정폭력의 문 제는 우리나라의 전통적 가부장적 관례와 문화로 인식되어 오면서 방치되어 온 것 이 사실이다. 가정 환경적 요인 중에서도 정서적 가정폭력으로 인해 청소년들의 비행과 범죄 는 심각한 현실적 결과가 되었고 우리 주변에는 아직도 가정폭력의 피해로 인한 두려움과 상처의 피해자로 살아가고 있는 사람들이 상당한 수에 이른다. 따라서 가정폭력은 더 이상 자체적인 문제로 뿐만이 아니라 사회문제화 되면서 국가의 개입 및 지방자치단체 등의 여러 향상의 도움으로 적극적인 개입과 법제도 적 보완의 필요성이 있겠다.
A Study on Prevention of Youth Crime by Emotional Domestic Violence : Focusing on Domestic Violence
Current Korean society shows the seriousness of crime by youth. In the case of emotional domestic violence, victims spread from women to adolescents, which affected adolescents crime. It is true that the issue of domestic violence has been neglected as it has been recognized as a traditional patriarchal culture of Korea. Among the environmental factors, emotional domestic violence has become a serious realistic consequence of Youth crime, There are still a considerable number of people around us living as victims of fear and injury from domestic violence. Therefore, domestic violence is no longer a problem of its own, but it is a social issue, and it is necessary to actively intervene and to improve the legal system of the state and local governments.
